How do I return an item?
We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. We provide our customers as much detailed product information so they can make a good buying decision.
Please call us to pre-authorize your return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Shipping charges for returning (Non defective) merchandise are the customers responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on items incorrectly ordered or unwanted merchandise returned to us.
Refurbished products with a 6 Month or 1 Year Warranty: Hardware and electronics are covered for 6 Months/1 Year. Rollers, pick-up pads and fuser assemblies are covered for the 1st 90 days. (Rollers, pick-up pads and fuser assemblies are considered "consumables"). The Printer Pros will cover all shipping costs of products replaced or returned for repair within the first 90 Days of receiving the product - after that 90 Day period the customer is responsible to pay for all shipping costs for products replaced or returned for repair.
Refurbished Scanners: Rollers are considered consumables (Maintenance Parts) and come with a 90 Day Warranty
