Refurbishing Process:
*Each printer has a new Maintenance Kit installed by our HP/Lexmark Authorized technicians which includes a Fuser Assembly and a complete roller kit.
*The technician updates the firmware, tests all the electronics and subsequently runs 400 test pages.
*Then the unit is cleaned, lubed and checked by a second technician and 200 more test pages are run through the machine.
*The technician then checks for any defects in the plastic pieces and finally each unit is professionally boxed with high impact foam for safe delivery.
