Arrived well packaged and wrapped. Plugged it in and fired up, printed a few test pages just fine.

I'll give it a more through testing as tax time approaches - but so far looks good to me

Initial review was 1 star since HP P2015 printer had not shipped after 10 days. I then e-mailed Printer Pro on Friday; had a response on Saturday; Printer shipped Monday; received Thursday & now hooked up & working fine. 4-star on company for initial slip up delay. 5-star for the P2015 printer. Printer was shrink wrapped & packed so tightly that the truck could have rolled over several times & the printer would not have been damaged. We already have 5 P2015's so, I know the model is good & this one lets me stock one type of toner cartridge. The printer was clean & ready to go out of the box. We might need 1 more & if so, I will order from Printer Pro.
