I had an identical one that I used for 5 year. I use it extensively as I work from home and print out very large documents on a regular basis. For example, today I had to print three docs with 291 pages, 161 pages and 300 pages. I need for this printer to work consistently.

Printing is fine, but it jams up significantly when using the large capacity tray. I switched to tray 2 to get my job done. However, due to the large print jobs I have regularly, using the smaller input tray is very inconvenient. Is there a solution? If not, will you replace the printer. I cannot do without one for even a day, so I would need a replacement before I can return this one.

Printing quality is fantastic, and if we can fix this jamming problem, it would be a great printer.
